
Jim Baugh Joins Dakota Partners as EVP of Acquisitions & Development
WALTHAM, MASSACHUSETTS – Dakota Partners is pleased to announce that Jim Baugh has joined the firm as Executive Vice President of Acquisitions & Development. With close to two decades of executive management experience in multifamily real estate development – specifically in developing affordable housing – Jim’s appointment will further elevate Dakota’s position as an industry leader in creating affordable and mixed-income housing.
In this role, Jim will lead the Acquisitions and Development Teams in seeking and implementing projects throughout New England and in Ohio, his native State. Throughout his impressive career, Jim has held leadership roles with several developers and equity syndicators in the affordable housing industry and has experience leading teams responsible for development, investor relations, and asset management. Jim received a BA in economics from The Ohio State University and a MBA from the University of Dayton.
