Dakota Partners is a real estate development company with deep roots in design and engineering, reflecting the backgrounds of cofounders Roberto Arista and Marc Daigle. Both owned successful development companies when they decided to join forces in 2006, correctly presuming that their collective experience in the worlds of design, construction and real estate would produce extraordinary results.

The arrival of Steve Kominski in 2007 added an element of finance expertise that completed the equation.
